Since their last update, I can no longer log in! I can log in to the website just fine. I have changed my password, I've uninstalled and re installed. Nothing works. I tried emailing their support, and it comes back as not sendable. I had been working with the care team to get a rheumatologist. If you wait too long to respond they close your chat. So all that work that's been done is gone. There is no care team chat on their website. Was hoping to finally get help, but now I'm back to zero.

I'm unable to successfully search for covered providers in the app, and when I go to the website, it automatically redirects me to the app. Same result on a mobile device, laptop, and desktop... unable to search for providers.

Horrible app doesn't login unless I reset password. Claims my email is already being used. Of course it is that's why I'm trying to login with it. App is barely functional.

This app is terrible. There's is such lack of functionality. There's no ability to go back and view more then the most recent claim, no EOBs, etc. It's so limited, that it's pretty much useless.

Can't add a Fitbit tracker. The app keeps saying "somethin went wrong. Please try again later." App is very buggy!

Can't access claims. Just use the website. This app hasn't worked correctly since I've installed it a year ago.

skip calling 7people for any medical anything. just get a list of already takes your insurance.. and get better sooner rather 4 day four appointments and the frustrating waste of time .. also tells you how much is on you account.. 🙂
