It's been a good app for keeping track and giving encouragement. However, it's been acting weird since my phone updated. It's not keeping up with my steps, I have another pedometer app and they never have the same count but CareTn was better. But, I've noticed that it's been missing me walk altogether or just stops working in the middle of the day. Please help!

There is a wealth of good information regarding all aspects of your health. I like the messaging feature because sometimes you don't have the necessary time to sit on the phone. They are quick to respond to virtually any question. A few bugs with flip cards and pedometer. That's to be expected with any new system. The app helped my family in getting me to the ER when I was faced with a possible stroke or DVT. Great benefit

Helpful articles. Freedom to input any health information one chooses. Checklist reminds one of tasks to be completed and provides timely health-related articles. I found it reassuring to be connected to a care provider who can address my concerns. App is easy to navigate. Most of us, if not all of us, lead busy lives and I can't always input my info before midnight when my checklist resets. It would be helpful to be able to go back and add missing info; I like earning and seeing 100%!

Great app when it works properly. I have reminders set and notifications turned on. The notifications will randomly stop sending and will not start back up unless I remember to go into the app. Not always realistic when juggling the demands of caring for a newborn. When working properly, it's fantastic to have the articles and my care manager at my fingertips. Lots of good information and resources.

Works well, but I have to go in and out of the message part of the app for it to update. The pregnancy info was a little off too, especially tracking weight and weeks. But for the most part it's a good app and very helpful. I like having the ability to ask questions easily and have someone check in on me.

Very easy and convenient to use. Also the app and the help you get from your (care response team) which is what I call them are helpful and friendly as well as giving advice on any questions you have. (Medical, medicine's, overall health care needs) beforehand if necessary to see a doctor or emergency room.. I love it!!

This is a great app. My care manager is very helpful, and the articles informative. My only complaint is that the pedometer doesn't work unless I'm actually in the app, and then all it takes is for me to move my phone and it counts as a step, or more. It would be great if it would come up in notifications and work that way.

Life Changing Resource! In just a few days I have been given more information than I have in months, years even from my doctors. The people are wonderful, the articles are so relatable, and it is so easy to use. The tracker and journal have already become a staple and lets me see patterns. Definitely get this and use it!!
