This app is absolutely terrible. The bp app was great and worked most times, but I'm forced to use the earnify app now at most stations and it's awful. It's slow to open, its slow to recognize where I'm at, and when it comes time to select a pump, forget it. I'll just use my CC. Needs a lot of work not user friendly, and definitely not speedy!

Difficult to use. Not all stations allow you to put in the credentials to get the discount. The app does not give good directions how to input your Earnify at the pump, so it can be confusing. Even using the locator app to take you to a station, that station may not have a scanner to scan the app barcode, and inputting phone number does nothing.

You don't technically save anything! You are encouraged to add a card, so you are then charged that price instead of the lower cash price, so you really don't save anything. Convenience of it swiping your card is about the only upside to yet another data collecting "rewards" program BTW I'm sure there is some option to go in and pay cash and get your discount, but that negates the point of having the app.

Added 2 payment methods to my Earnify profile, and they never worked. However, they're on my account. I traveled 1,000+ miles last week and had to fill up several times. I'm not getting any of those points, and I'm pissed. I specifically went to Amaco and BP stations the app suggested for this purpose and got screwed. This app is just a way for these gas companies to get your business, if its not, why not add an upload receipt option like the Shell app or the Upside app. The list goes on. SCAM!

Update. Spoke with app support last week, they were going to "elevate" my issue. Still, I'm unable to sign into app. I had the old BP app which worked fine. One star remains. ....... Signed up as additional Amazon Prime benefit from an email I received today. Downloaded app, verified phone, then nothing but a screen with X, down, and share icons. Uninstalled, re-installed, tried login again, now can't get past the three blinking dots.

One of the worst apps I ever used in my life. Extremely slow, buggy, and it deletes your pump number and payment method after clicking on them. Edit: After all the complaints they still haven't fixed this garbage. Have now learned that I'm screwed if I don't use Pump #1. Was at one of the higher-numbered pumps the last time I fueled up and to try to scroll through and click a pump number is near impossible. The screen either doesn't move or reverts back to the beginning.

This so called upgrade from my original BP app is horrible. It has yet to work to pay at the pump and I've had to make sure I have my BP card with me to get my discount. I didn't have any problems with the old app. Once again an upgrade has failed to perform as well as the previous app. Why can't "they" leave well enough alone and stop changing things when they don't need changed.

I was previously using the AMPM app and was switched to this app recently. Comparing the apps, it's very barebones as far as benefits go (and the reward value conversion is pretty bad.) The lack of the coffee club is very much missed for me (hopefully when it's implemented per the FAQ is sooner than later) Otherwise it's a fairly basic app.
