Not user friendly. Very difficult to find a simple 'Menu' on this app. Finally found by clicking upper-left, scrolling to bottom of (new) page, then selecting 'Nutrition & Allergens' in small print, just below 'Find a Location' & 'Order a Gift Card.' Not obvious on the next screen either; once you click on (above-referenced) link, you're taken to 'Nutrition' page, where, finally, you can access the Menu by clicking yellow bars (upper left), then selecting 'Our Menu' from drop-down list.

be careful when swapping, removing, etc. Logic in app does not always reflect a revised price.

I was excited for the new version of this app as the old version just took you to the web page on your phone to order anyway. When it works, it works great. It's a very easy to use app. Very user friendly and it looks great. My only problem is I frequently try to order on certain days when I know the location near me is open but the app insists that it's closed. So then I close the app and I go on the web page and I can place an order on the web page with no issue.

Terrible app. As you try to browse the menu, it freezes. If you wait awhile, it might unfreeze, it might not. If you hit the back button, it reloads the app, so even if you did get far enough to get something in your cart, it's now gone, and you have to start over with the freezing menu. I gave up and used the website.

Useless app! I will uninstall it after posting this review. It claims, "- Earn rewards for each and every transaction," but that's a lie!! Rewards are only given to those who pay with a credit card entered into the app. If you prefer to pay cash and avoid credit card debt, then do NOT download this app. It will be useless to you. Also, read the bad reviews about other problems, including crashes and time delays. Not worth the hassle. Wish I could rate it a zero.

I can go on the web & buy as a guest. On the app, I must be a signed in member. And it doesn't even allow me to select a store unless I sign in. Love the food. Loved being able to order as a guest. Hate your app. Apps are suppose to make things easier, not hard. Many apps still allow you to order as a guest. And they at least allow you to select a store.

I'm not sure your developers have been tasked to properly address customer service, or your staff for that matter. I entered a new address, but put in an incorrect digit. Luckily noticed in time for the 1.5 hour delivery window from a location less than a half mile away. But no option, like in GrubHub to address the issue. And the person at the restaurant said the only thing I could do would be to cancel the order. How lazy can you be?? It's called system robustness. Look into it.
Hot Paslamis
Really bad app. They put too much fancy animation etc in it. Really lags phone and kills memory. Couldnt place order without it locking up. Ended up ordering chipotle. So much quicker off their app. Less is more. Keep apps simple. If I want fancy animations and jazz, I'd turn on the TV.
