The service itself is pretty useful, but the app is terrible. When I got to the questionnaire section, the app wouldn't let me scroll up or down. This leaves a lot of fields or choices inaccessible, which makes the app useless.

Great idea, terrible execution. When I put in my demographic information there's no way to move onto the questionare. Once I eventually got to the questionare by exiting and resuming when I answer the first question there is no way to move onto the next question. My mom tried on her computer and it wouldn't let her upload her ID. The app just takes you to the website and the chat feature isn't a chat even. I've messaged 3 times with no response over 8 hours ago.

I have been waiting 7 days for migraine med refill & suffering in the process. I get the same form letter when I try to reach them. They apparently do not have a phone number to call. I have used CallonDoc for a long time with no issues but I am now highly disappointed & I am considering not using them any longer. I would upgrade my star rating if they correct this situation quickly but I don't think that will happen

Idk how on earth this app has almost 5 stars. It is not well designed, glitches out constantly, and the customer support is horrible. They took days to get my "treatment plan done" and by then I no longer even needed the medication. I have asked for a refund 6 times now, and they keep responding with the same copy pasted message stating how to pick up my prescription, and asking if I still want to proceed with the refund. I keep telling them I want a refund and they won't listen.

No response, no contact, 7 hours later and still no consultation nor prescription for my 2 year old. They took the money up front and I cannot find a way to request a refund. I would not recommend. Every other telehealth platform has been more relatively and I should've stuck with something I used in the past.
