The app is bad. It's very slow. There's no cancel button so if the order take too long and we wish to cancel, we have to directly contact the customer service and the " chat with us " take them too long to reply. There's no order tracking nor delivery tracking. Even if it stated that the food will be delivered in 30 mins and it came late by 1h, we won't know if it's the driver fault or the kitchen's fault. Should consider putting the order and delivery tracking.

Open app and got a blank screen and then crashed 20-April-2021 I am using older version and the app alert me to update and then I updated it success. After that I open the app again then got this crash and blank screen. When I uninstall and install the app again it's working fine. So I think this issue is still existing for older version who update to this version.

Friendly driver, fast delivery, accurate order! But please improve app with a system that enables customer to keep track on delivery. Also, it was a bit annoying to wait with LOADING. Hope you will keep up doing good service.

They advertise promotion in social media but there was no promotion in the actual app. The app takes so long to load, and it's hard to navigate. Don't even get me started with the delivery service, I ordered some ice cream and it took them 2 hours to deliver my ice cream after I called the customer service, mind you I already waited 2 hours before calling.

Old version is better that the latest one. App said order has been delivered but actually not. I need to contact to the store to follow up because it has been 30mins after placing orders but tracking order in the app is unavailable.

Used this app twice and both times did not give me good experiences. 1st : manager at pick up restaurant did not know an order was placed. Even asked if i had paid (either he did not believe me or did not know how to use the system), even after i showed my ABA slip 2nd : Food order was made. Only to be callled 30 minutes later to be told it is not available. Designated pick up restaurant did a little better : called after 20 minutes of placing an order. You are better off using Food Panda.

Do not order from this app! The worst app I've ever used. App are bugged, pretty slow, can't even know where ur deliver at, can't even contact to shop or driver or cancel the order. It was estimated 30mins to arrive my location but it took about 1.5h to arrive. You better off to others app if u want to order food :)

I ordered pizza set since 2:05P.M and they put the expected delivery time 2:50P.M, but guess what? At 5:00 they called to ask me to wait another 20 mins for my order to be delivered. This is the worst experience ever and I'm deleting this app. Edited: they contacted me back again about their mistake and also offer me a free pizza. I will reconsider using the app again in the future and surely they need to improve their service and user interface. I changed from 1 stars to 3 stars.
