The tracking feature could really use some improvement. I'd like to be able to track the quantity of food my son is eating and get an overview of how that quantity is changing in order to help time weaning. I'd also like to be able to input custom recipes to log things he's eaten instead of only being able to choose from set recipes or single food items. There's not much customization available for your individual journey through solids! Editing to remove a star because you can't remove logs!

After MULTIPLE emails with customer service the app is working. Updated to 3 stars until I know for sure it won't happen again. ORIGINAL REVIEW: As soon as I paid for a subscription to the app, I suddenly can't use it. It won't even open, just continually crashes. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times. The app will not work. Really ticked off since I feel like I just wasted my money on a completely useless app.

The app keeps crashing everytime I try to see how to prepare a certain food. Apparently it's part of the new update. You can't view anything in detail without making a profile. "Its to personalize an experience for your baby," they say. But You can't use any of the other options with out paying, so how can they personalize a searchable database?

Overall I like the app, but I don't like that we can't add unique foods that don't already exist on the app. You can only add "other" once, and then it doesn't count in the total tally again after that. We're trying to do 100 before 1, and we have many foods under "other", but the app doesn't tally that so we have to go in every time to count the "other" category and add it to the final tally

**update: there should also be an option for the user to send food item requests for ingredients not currently listed but a baby has already tried. It would help the company expand their database, especially with ethnic ingredients.** The app itself is good, but has some flaws, especially with categorizing allergens. I also think there should be an option to save articles we find interesting to look at again later since some articles have recipes.

Loved this app before the redesign, but after being forced to update, I find the new design catastrophically bad. This app is no longer easy to navigate or jump around, instead trying to highlight what their "ai" thinks you need. The old design would be five stars, wish I could go back

This app barely functions. Click on one thing, get taken to another. Never ending loading wheels. Even after completely closing out app, clearing data and cache, etc. Rarely do I experience an app so glitchy, especially one I'm paying for. All of the comments from Solid Starts on other users' negative reviews saying "the app is all fixed now," is especially confusing and frustrating. This app works just enough to string me along. (And yes, I have uninstalled and reinstalled.)

It doesn't work. The app crashes every time I click on it. I want my money back Edit 3/30/2023 I reinstalled the app and it was working good for a day or two. Now it opens, but I can't really do anything. I can still search for foods and look up how to serve them. But I can't add foods to my log or any other basic features of the app. I'll be deleting it, hopefully I can find another app with similar features that actually works.
