Android app BUGGY. Notifications not bringing you to the lead or the message anymore, it opens the homescreen. At this moment, the Android App is Unusable. It opens then closes. Android system states app has bugs and requires updates from developer. Where are the developers? The desktop app has been buggy and lagging also. Poor user experience. Can't attach files to notes in leads. I could go on Please fix, have consistency in the app working properly at all times, then you may get more stars.

I have used this app for about 3 years now and it is still complete trash. Constantly being updated and it's still one of the most buggy app experiences known to man. Support team is a joke - they will respond because they are graded on their response time, but they don't do anything to actually help resolve an issue. I would rather chisel phone numbers and notes into a stone than use this app. Then I wouldnt have to force close the app 20 times to just send a text. Using Samsung Galaxy 24 Ultra

Its pretty. Otherwise there are several issues ranging from phantom follow up being generated by the system, to the need to restart the app every time you wish to conduct a new search for a customer, issues being able to distinguish where and from whom texts are originating when texting customers in the system, to issues uploading videos which result in constant failures. When these issues are brought up to the developers of the app, they do nothing. When they fix it, Ill fix this review.

If asking about the app specifically, I'm not much of a fan. I primarily use it to send videos from the lot. on occasion I scan a license. both of those features work well for me. it is the customer page interface I don't much care for. I prefer to use my computer. and even on that I've left a few suggestions.

In an effort to improve Drive Centric, which we use at our work, these are its issues. It continuously locks up and has to be uninstalled and reinstalled on and Android phone I t was built for an iOS system and really doesn't work on a PC very well or an Android smartphone. Severe lag times whether you're using a high-speed wireless connection or a 5G phone connection. No spell check. Crashes quite often. Very basic application that is unstable.

This app has been problematic from the start. I see other android users complaining. When we first signed up, everything worked great. After a few weeks (after orientation period) the problems started. It's never the app or program fault, it's always " your phone " or " internet speed ". I am currently trying to reinstall the app. It's been a day and a half. Disappointing...

Absolutely ridiculous, keeps crashing and needs a lot of work. It's getting on my nerves. I have a note 10 plus and every second it gives me a notification saying drivecentric is crashing close the app. I reported it so many times. Ps everything is updated and I uninstalled 100 times and still the same. This is a joke.

I read a lot of reviews on this app. Seems to be a huge issue for Android users. Ongoing, buggy, won't load videos, no spell checker, limited capabilities. I wouldn't use it if I didn't have to.
