EDIT! Service desk came back to me regarding my issue, and all i vans say is WOW! THANK YOU!! I really wanted to give this app a 5 ☆. It does everything I need for my small business. I used the AI function to create my questions, but i still had to add separate questions. It took me a whole morning to complete. Every now and again, I would save. When I was done, it didn't want to send the link. Stated that an error occurred, and when I went back, everything was lost.

Update : problem fixed Update : so i have a form, i was able to make changes and save it. But now after the update, when i tried making some changes on my forms, and i wanted to save it, I can't. the button "save" isn't working. The button shows "done", and i couldn't click it. I don't know if it because i use the free account, so i couldn't use the feature anymore. Or maybe it's not compatible with my device. Thanks, hoping for some enlightenment

Does not allow the display of statistics in the course of conducting a survey (example; election) so that parties can easily access the output unless you upgrade. However, the method of upgrade interms of payment is very limited to PayPal, visa, credit, master cards which are not common in my country. I recommend that, payment through local Mobile Money services should be integrated to allow easily purchase of upgrade. Apart from the above problem I have illustrated, FORMS.APP is the best.

No password field?? It look promising. But I wanted to add a password for a new form, and I can't find the it. If already u have a registration form, why not a sign-in form. ----- The response I got: "When this feature become avail, you will be notified". Really? Changing to 1 star, for the reply

App is broken, I try to change the options and make it say something else, but it changes other options too when I only want to change 1 option. When you're trying to change the question format, you can't scroll up to change it, you can only scroll down. And you can't delete your account or remove your Google account from the app. There may be more bugs.

Poor Navigation It took an hour to create on form because of the constant glitches in this app. When creating form app kept constantly scrolling to the top of the form while I was trying to type. Now currently after 2 days form has completely disappeared. Link created for the form doesn't work at all and I am receiving an error. I should've gone with Jotform. Issues happening on Google Pixel Pro 7.

Amazing app. I have just 1 problem. Pls add a test /quiz type of form. Also when you mark the answer key, then the user is able to see all the answers! We can't even add points to questions. Pls fix this and solve my problem. So, bcoz of these reasons. I am rating it 2 stars. Also, pls make the the submitter see his or her marks, I can't just inform everybody bout their marks.

Fully customizable and easy to use, free version has everything, there are no limits to what kind of form or where you require it as well as analytics and sharing. Because they offer so much, their advertising at the end is due. Thank you x
