After the most recent software update, am unable to access any pump settings. Firmware it's there most recent version and uninstalled and reinstalled the software work no change. Update for 2020. This app and associated dongle are still a pain to use. They have yet to figure out their connection issues. We are currently steering customers away from these pumping systems due to Grundfos' failure to address this app and dongle.

The app is OK, but requires the MI301 remote. I have had many problems with the remote connecting to the pump controller. The app requires a firmware update on the remote, but once the notification disappears there is no way to get to the update page again. The unit is currently unusable with the most recent app updates and obsolete firmware. The Grundfos help line couldn't help. If you can find another pump controller system before you get locked into the Grundfos system, use it.

Your app was working okay until the update. Why is the disconnect option next to the help and report option. Also, why does it need to rescan to create a report. Remove that and when it downloads the data through IF have the immediate option to save and create a report. Also, change the background color from dark blue and grey to lighter colors to actually see it loading the info. I have too many devices to scan in a day to fight this bad programming you have going on.

Please update this app. It is the worst app on my phone and I am stuck with it because of lack of options. Takes for ever to load. Then fails and you need to start over. Sometimes close it down and restart. Sping arrow circle loading, loading then fail. Standing there trying to turn the pump on or of waists so much time. Surely due for some kind of tech update. I am not the only one. How about a bit more service for your customers. Puts me off buying this brand pump ever again

As others have said the connection process is awful. Once I connect to one pump, disconnect and try again I can't. Says its paired, shows it can see it but says at the top of the screen that nothings connected. Makes my life a nightmare on site. Everything should be connected but the app thinks it isn't and I can't connect to anything.

I am unable to recall any of my saved profiles!! The grundfos folder on my phone is full of profiles but unable to recall. It just says "no stored settings file" THIS IS A HUGE PROBLEM! Also unable to find where new profiles are saved/pulled from. Fix this!!!!! UNACCEPTABLE!

Works just about ok with frequent disconnections. Grundfos should do away with infrared on their Control Units (I use CU 301) and put bluetooth instead or additionally to directly communicate with the app on phone or tablet. This would also not have the need for an mobile interface in between which is quite cumbersome to deal with. Hope they listen as many negative reviews posted are related to communication not working properly.

App broken. Attempting to set motor RPMs on apple results in 2-6 usable rpm settings. Setting on android works in reverse. For anyone wondering, the relationship is inverse and does not appear to be linear. Near the mid range, use (value to set the pump at) = 11,500 - (desired actual pump rpm setting). Hardware is also poorly designed (the remote) but this is not in scope. Edit: in 2023 app is significantly better. Still a bit janky but at least it's not broken. Upgraded to 4 stars.
