I like The Habit,. but I've had problems with its app a number of times. The app wouldn't open twice this week, so I went elsewhere. Today I asked at the counter if they could honor their online offer of a free Double Char with a $5 purchase, and they said they couldn't. I deleted the app and reinstalled it, and it still doesn't work. I'm not likely to return. The app started working again a month later.

Pixel 8 Pro - The app used to work great, however, there was a recent update a month or so ago and now it works 0% of the time. Instead of working, you get the following message: "An unexpected error has occurred. Press the button below try again. If the problem persists, try waiting and restarting the app." Unfortunately, neither option works and neither does uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

Overall app experience is GREAT! Saves my exact order & customizations to it too, appreciate that a bunch. Prices are a bit pricey, but you do get plenty for your buck. Flavors on everything are on point, so I guess it's worth it if you're treating yourself. Hubby LOVES the salads here as well.

The absolute worst app I've used to order food. It is criminal how much I go to HB and don't use the app. Simply because it has never worked for me. As of late all I get is a message saying "An unexpected error has occured" and am completely locked out of doing anything on the app. All it has is a "retry" button that doesn't even do anything. I have shut the app, force stopped, uninstalled and reinstalled and still... "an unexpected error has occured". I have tried with this app for YEARS.

App no longer works after the rebrand/update on my pixel 7. All it says is an Unexpected Error Has Occurred when opening the app. Edit: sent a message to their customer care page as requested, got a canned response back. App still doesnt work despite the response saying its fixed, and I'm not the only one, sort reviews by latest and current version to see for yourself.

after the latest update I have to clear the app's storage data each time after logging in otherwise every time I open the app I get an error screen. Edit: it is ridiculous that a user has to clear their cache each time after logging in. this app does not correctly handle storing login information and forces the user to re enter credentials and preferred store etc EVERY time a user opens the app. I will no longer be a customer of habit burger only because issues with the app.

Yum! I love this place. I like that they have the option to have half and half on the sides. The only complaint I have with them, is that if you use their in store order screen, it doesn't have this option? At least not offered in an obvious way. It's odd. So I sat down and used my app. No problem.

The app is amazing and really easy to use! Super responsive when going through the menus. Just wish there was a rewards system and more offers 😔
