Prices are good. But the app is terrible for buying packs. If you're switching out to another app to get payment details, you're going to get sent back to have beginning. The app doesn't even remember how much data you had so that if/when you run out it's confused and makes you log in again. Which of course you can't do. How to buy packs when you don't have internet?!?

Affordable and worked perfectly the instant I arrived in my destination. Had never used an esim or international sim before, so I was worried...but it's been fantastic!! Free GoogleMaps, Grab and WhatsApp after data runs out, is one of the main reasons I chose Jetpac over other providers (although I haven't ran out of data yet so can't say if this works)! Very happy customer, but please offer more top-up amounts in the app... just 2 options is not good, and also longer than 7 days too please!

Used it on a trip to Taipei and the Philippines and it worked great. I tried to purchase another pack for an upcoming trip and ran into installation issues. I reached out to their customer service via WhatsApp and was paired up with Pavi. They were very helpful; took the time to understand my issue and were able to resolve it the same day. Will definitely recommend and use again.

Great customer service. I had a bit of a problem with esim packs not being assigned and activated properly. It was very confusing, so I contacted the support team. I got an instant reply and got help to resolve the issue. It's working great now. Love it, and prices are affordable.

there customer service was exceptional, it's was extremely helpful and very quick to respond. while it was a bit difficult to install the e-sim they made it so easy and helpful when you request help and you get to talk to a real person. I would go with them anytime.

I have purchased several Jetpac data packs, and it has been so easy from the very first time. data is fast and high quality. I have had a couple of support questions, and their WhatsApp support line is great!

Amazing app and product. I never had connectivity issues when traveling in France. Setup was so easy and managing my data was great. The package I bought had free WhatsApp, Uber and Google maps. I was always connected and didn't run out because these key travel apps were free on JetPac. I would definitely recommend it over other eSims.

Do not recommend. made three purchases with this app and only the first $1 offer worked. I was overcharged for the second purchase and the third qr code kept coming up with error message so had to purchase an esim with different provider. have messaged and emailed to resolve but responses have been in the early hours, whilst I'm asleep, so tickets were closed before I had even read the messages. although app is easy to use, data connection was poor in north America and unusable in China.
