The exact same winners every week in the contest. It's not fair. If you have been in the top 3 set 3 times in a row you shouldn't be able to enter the contest for a week so others can at least have a chance. Never been past level 12. Had to pay to get that far then get checked all the way back to level 4. Complete joke to make you spend money

I've only been playing for a few days, but it seems like a great game so far. okay, so you don't Actually Win the cash, but they're up-front about that, and you do win things for your cash (I think. I haven't gotten that far yet), and it's a fun, challenging game that runs well. I would probably give it 4 1/2 stars if I could. The 8 hr mushroom penalty is a bit steep and the buyback is a bit steep! The board is a bit small, also, causing some of us to hit wrong items during gameplay-frustrating!

Final Edit: CS isn't uber fast, but at least they reply. Game is back to normal for me. Was fixed before having me run a test to help figure out what happened. I lost some mushrooms. The gameplay itself is challenging, I like it. Original: Loading screen keeps cycling. Can't play. Was working great since day one. Now I'm losing accumulated gems because something is wrong with the game. *Edit: Tried a reinstall, still the same. Waiting for CS to reply to direct email.

This is actually fun. It's unfortunate that the entire game is centered around frustrating you into spending money. But if that's your dealio...go to it. Have no idea if you'll ever win a prize. I DO know that you will keep playing the same 4 levels over, and over, and over....until you start using the bot's direction...then you'll win more points...but the game gets tedious REAL fast

I love this game. It takes alot of patience but its well worth the time and playing it is FUN. I just see winning prizes as an extra bonus. Great way to pass time and customer service rocks! The background sound in game is awesome to have and tbe different sounds in different levels is neat. Very addicting, can easily loose track of time with this game and a great way to just wind down. The levels getting more and more difficult makes it so much more fun! I love this game! My favorite so far!

Seems you can not access the prizes without passing level 12. This takes an extensive amount of time and money. The goals are extreme and the game becomes more difficult. If you do not purchase extras. You get bumped back to lower levels and have to start again. Prizes appear to not be dependent on the piggyback amounts. Read the fine print. Sad as would be a great game.

So obviously it is pointless to leave a review when clearly no one's suggestions are being considered. Yeah the game is fun. But losing the option of collecting mushrooms for 8 or going back to the previous level is annoying. And so is the requirement for the prize cavern.

update: 1/22/2019 why is it every single time I get on the game the last few days between 50-100 mushrooms are missing from what I had previously? this really needs to get fixed as well as the rest of the complaints that I and several others have mentioned in our reviews..took a star away cause this is getting really annoying cute..but..It is a bit excessive to make us wait 8 hours to collect the mushrooms again when you lose a match. I get 2 hrs or something.. but 8? It is too much. I like the concept of this game..however, it takes a long frigging time to get to the minimum amt necessary to even be able to see what the prizes are..It is not a fair trade off..I would give more stars if things were changed in the game. I get needing to earn money but it feels like the players are doing more work than necessary.
