The bus service itself is great but the booking system is a pain. If someone else has a somewhat similar trip near me I often find I can't book at all and end up getting like 9 failed bookings until I stumble onto within 5 minutes of their booking. It would be nice if there was an option to check for pre existing trips you could book a seat on that someone else has started nearby, or if there was the ability to request any time in a range and the app suggests nearby bookings in it.

Tried to book a ride 28 days in advance to the airport on several occasions. The app says there is no availability. Tried ringing to book over the phone - no answer. Wouldn't even give 1 star if possible.

Have repeated trouble getting the app to open, which means I cannot read any messages. very frustrating when I'm waiting for my ride and need to know status! 😔

The app is easy to use , you can book your trips up to 4 weeks in advance, and the drivers are very pleasant. Pluse you get an email that remind you of your booking ,also to let you know the driver is on his way.

This is the worst app I have ever come across. I have to use it to book buses. It is painfully slow and takes ages to access ANYTHING! I hope the person who designed it wasn't paid for doing so. IT IS HOPELESS

It is not very clear how to book online. I have looked for a booking page but cannot see one. Only a telephone number. On one page it says book here and takes me back to download the app. If you cannot actually book online what is the point or is it I'm just stoopid?

The app is so slow it's shocking! I find it extremely hard to book trips and somehow it's set up my account as a child! It's just a nightmare it needs sorting ASAP!

Don't bother, in my experience you will get a 'Sorry, no buses are available' message ninety nine times out of a hundred, even when trying to book a week in advance and trying different times in a two hour window.
