The old app, which could definitely be improved, is still far better than this one. A few issues: font is too small; difficult to read at a glance. I am assigned to different vehicles in the course of the day, but must now go to detail page (which is slow!) for each trip to see if I am changing vehicles. (the old app I could see the vehicle on the main page and just scroll down to see if I will need to change). History doesn't show the passenger's name, and destination is truncated. And more.

It's great to work off an app instead of a paper tripsheet. However with any new technology this app needs improved in order to eliminate driver errors. Sometimes we work all types of crazy hours and shifts leading to extreme exhaustion. It's easy to miss important details and at least on the trip sheet everything was on one page. I missed a detail which caused a major mistake. I attempted to convey issues w/solutions to my dispatcher but ultimately the app needs work to eliminate errors.

You DO NOT need access to my photos, videos, music, or contacts. On top of the fact, the app needs to work so much better than it does. Your employer requires this app, otherwise TRASH. I said l, what I said. Update it's still TRASH!!! Why do I need to tap on "In-progress" every time I open the app. It's in progress and NEEDS to be on top and ready to go. Yeah, I navigated to an upcoming job. TRASH.

Cannot figure out how to end a trip quickly. I hill Finalize and it goes back into the active screen, so I hit Finished again, and it shows me the Finalize button again, so I tap that and it goes back to the active screen. After going around in circles a few times it finally finishes. And would prefer the term "dropped" instead of "Finished" after the client is done.

If not required by job I'd never use this joke This app is not hard, I got used to it in 5 minutes, but why did they forcefully stopped the old and better version and pushed this dumb version on us only to make things unnecessarily complicated ???. I can't access my past jobs I don't need so many useless twists and turns I don't need a simple driving app to be so twisted

There should be no reasons why you need access to my photos, my contacts, my calls & messages! The only permission you should have access to is my location.

Makes my phone heat up and display a message saying that phone is overheating and will shut down shortly. HUGE energy hog. App is ok, worried that it will fry my phone
