Has the general features I want, makes a list and exports, simple and light for an individual trying to make their job easier rather than a company looking for an all-in-one parking software solution. But it's too impractical. OCR is slow and mistakes common. I can manually correct errors but I can't be wiggling my phone in front of a single (Ontario) plate for 2 minutes. I also need to be able to force it from a photo if it has faded paint, dirty, &c, as those cars still need to be listed.

app has a lot of potential. i work in the security industry id like to see a feature where we can enter license plate information into the app for vehicles of persons not allowed on property. also having problems getting the app to actually read license plates checked the settings and it is set for american license plates i tried to get to work by walking up to cars or by the cars and even driving by very slowly not one plate was read.

I really can't recommend this App. I paid for the full app as I needed to in order to in order to use the white list feature and other features. But this feature is useless as all it does is only recognize plates if they are in the white list. Otherwise you get no recondition at all. Accuracy is unusable. And then I can get 5 or so different results for one plate in a single second and none of them are right. If I had more room I would elaborate.

actually this application deserves more than 5 stars but I put 4 to attract developers to read 😆 first of all and the most important note is that the application doesn't work properly at night also with flash on! and the used camera should have some additional controls to enable night mode or zooming!! detection is great but 5akes a while. seems that it detects only 1 plate at a time. and finally, it should direct the plates in different positions even if the cars are not straight!

Doesn't recognize plates from any US state I've tried, and I've tried over a dozen. $70 US is a LOT of money for an app that does not work (regardless of optimal lighting, orientation, angle, and proximity). Also, I'm using a brand new Note 20, so its not the camera. Spare me the generic blanket "we'd like to hear more about your problem" response. Refund or GFYS.

Great App, works pretty well in portrait mode! Thank you! (Country = Hungary) I miss the support of landscape mode on my Samsung phone, and to let the application run in the background, without displaying the video stream, that would especially useful at night.

(using the the UK) Fairly good, can take a few seconds to scan a plate have a few minor errors but that is correctable as you get a photo of the plate as well, love the black lost feature would be nice off you could add information as to why it is blacklisted. Overall seems like a good app

Results are marginal, considered using the external camera feature, but I have no clue which cameras this works with. I'm not paying $22 without some kind of information regarding the technical specs for external cameras. I also don't see any reviews about this feature and it's capabilities or performance. Same with video scan. Your linked website has zero information that's useful. I don't mind paying the fees if the features have proven to work on US based plates.
