The new update has payment issues, it doesn't allow me to enter otp and after 3 attempts my internet banking access is blocked. This reflects the careless attitude of whoever deployed this app and no responsibility from school to check if the app is working fine.

It ain't good. Im an American who put my daughter in this school and she complaints about almost everything. Especially toilets. Anyways this app could use some more tech and it crashes like a lot.

Parent concern/ Feeback section is not appearing in mcb app. I wonder if this is done intentionally so that parent won't be able to post complains or a bug.
