It's pretty neat. I wish you could upload images in succession so that listening is contonuous. I also wish that it did not interpreted dashes( -) differently, not as minus within text of a word flowing to another line. Ability to access speed and voice options would be great also. However, for a free app, it's pretty cool.

Better than others. It both scans text and reads it back. I paid for ad free and it still shows ads but less often. After pressing crop it shows a screen of where it sees text. However it reads more to the left than what is highlighted. I'd like to volunteer to assist the developer to work on the user experience. The technology is working well but the interface is not very clear to understand. Maybe I should rate it 3 stars until it is improved however it is reasonable for the price.

This app works really well. You still get some pop-up AD, but if you look at the top of the page, just click on the. Immense text button in override the app. And not have to watch the ad. Was it really works for the whale? Reading computer screens and typed text in books and on maps. Also homework and worksheets.

Sometimes it misses words or letters in a word which makes the word wrong. It reads only to the end of the line as if it were a sentence by itself. It makes it very easy to lose track of what you are hearing. Anything put in columns do not make sense

Character recognition sucks. AT THE ABSOLUTE LEAST it got 1 letter wrong per word. In some, EVERY letter was wrong. That's only after crashing it's way through loading the picture the 1st 3 times. The camera never took an actual picture or saved any. Snap the pic and it pops up a source option, camera or google drive. Camera makes you retake the pic, but never gets to any OCR that I can see and drive fails to load pics from here. It does load them in gallery, that's how I know the OCR sucks.

I couldn't hear a word. Not only that it couldn't recognize many words. And sometimes placed some words in wrong line. I gave three stars just because it could completely fit for my need. Concept is good but it needs a lot of improvements. (May be my Android has any problem for speech sound only. As all TTS apps don't work at all. In my older phone everything was ok with other TTS. )

I can immediately tell how hard you have worked on this. I have severe ADHD and have been desperately searching for an app exactly like yours. With speed settings for reading, with streamlining between getting a photo and having it read. I see you're even working on the OCR live video recognition. You are a huge inspiration to me as a budding programmer. My only recommendation would be to probably made adjustable the area of live photo OCR, and possibly to utilize live camera reading. Thanks!

The app is very good for me as I am in the progress to learn English. However, the voice is very fast and cause me to repeat again and again. Sometimes I cannot catch up what she say. So, I hope the developer can make the voice a little slower. Overall, this app is very helpful
