You can't see half of the controls on the app because the font is like oversized or something, specially when your trying to improve preferred sounds, also the mic is apparently garbage on the headset, so I'm trying to improve quality and yet again I can't see the options to do so because everything is oversized on it and you can't scroll, literally essential for the mic... or piss the app on your phone off and have it on the computer like what Razor and corsair do.

Giving it 3 stars because when I first downloaded the app i loved it but after an update it's made it unusable. Front size is too oversized you can't use half of it because you can't see it or scroll down. I've tried reinstalling it several times and still oversized. We need a new update to fix this.

This app works half the time and half the time it doesn't. Controlling a headset with a phone app is an extremely bad idea and I hope they never attempt to do something like this again. If they could perfect it then maybe it would be okay but I go to the app to try to test the headset and half of the time I get no audio coming from the app but it works in games just fine. I don't know if it's actually necessary to use this app or not but it makes me not want to buy another RIG 600 Pro ever again

Just get Turtle Beach, save your time, pass on the rig.... i have the rig 800 waste of 150$ imo..., and on my mama, the worst headset I have ever owned. I always have problems with them disconnecting and reconnecting every day... when they disconnect, then reconnect the volume will NOT go back up until I turn them off and back on... only had them a year and there trash.. turtle beach stealth 600 lasted me 3 years with ZERO PROBLEMS. Will never buy RIG brand again.

In the last few days I've been unable to put my headphones onto game mode, even when I put the mode onto game for when I turn on my headphones. It either puts me into Bluetooth or dual but Bluetooth is the only thing that works

I hate these so bad im ordering a new brand and literally smashing these with joy and excitement. Im gonna basically rage quite whip them at the floor so freakin hard! Lol. Anyways, the app never worked. The headset master volume blows and these things are WAY too tight on the head and i dont have a big noggin.

Never been so frustrated in my life.... Imagine owning a franchise like this and not having the common sense to allow us to pick the Bluetooth device from the app instead of relying on automatic detection, which apparently does not work..... Even the USB c device doesn't connect it to my phone... Only for me though seeing as no one online has anything to say about this... To think I was stupid enough to break away from turtle Beach and spend hundreds on this garbage is comical.

It's okay.... When it works. The app either request headset to be paired while it's connected to bluetooth. Or open app and doesn't apply any settings to connected headset. The UX of using mobile app to controll headset is really dumb.
