Trying to make it easier to pay bills since I have 3 meters on my property and the automated system makes me jump through hoops when I call to make a payment on just one of them, the app doesn't even seem to work. Can't even log in, I have tried everything....typical

it's pretty clear many people are no longer able to use this app but it's very unclear that anyone monitors this. I was told today that no-one else has a problem using the app. Now I have to wonder how many of our dollars went into developing and MAINTAINING something we the customer can't use.

In april 2019 I wrote a poor review to reflect the poor condition of this app after 2 years of neglect and no support for pie and later devices. The app has since been updated and it works well enough on new flagship android phones to pay bills. Usage graphs still dont work but the ability to view and pay a current bill warrants an update from 1 to 3 stars. Still much room for improvement.

it's great and convenient. not only can you pay your bill but you can see your usage. HOWEVER it is not compatible with newer android software (galaxy s10 user). If it was updated I would give it 5 stars.

This is a simple easy to use app. Paying my bill takes about 30 seconds, which is great!! The usage graph is a great tool for controlling my energy costs. Works fine with Android 10.

You need to update this app. Technology has left you behind. July of 2017 is a bit too antiquated for the current Android OP system. Let's get in the game with this.
