Property Access+ portion of the app is a buggy mess. Expect to be frustrated and have issues at the gates of the parking garage on a regular basis. App bugs caused me to unintentionally "use the gate arm improperly" several times. Customer service issued me a "final warning" and then was extremely unhelpful and failed to acknowledge bugs in the app being the cause of that issue. I'd reconsider using ParqEx to buy a monthly parking permit if Property Access + is involved.

App barely works the spot I was trying to rent is Not click able so it might as well not be there. Find a phone number on the spot/garage it will be faster then using this app.

This phone app is so laggy, after initially opening the app. I have to wait an additional 30 seconds to see the initial screen loaded. It literally takes me minutes to accept my parking spot then uses Access+ to enter the physical garage. It takes minutes even without including the driving.

Worst Ever! Reserved and paid in advance for 4 spots but was able to use only 2 slots. There were cars already parked in my paid spots and no response nor relief from ParqEx when trying to contact them!!! My car was scratched and keyed for good measure. Scam written all over this service.

1. If you pay for time, it will only allow you to add 2 more hours on. If you signed up at 3:08, added two hours, and the ending time is 5:08, it will not give the option to add more hours. It allows only from 5:30, not 5:00 or 5:08. This leaves me vulnerable to being towed during those 22 minutes by the many tow trucks that troll the area. 2. I have the app, I wrote to owner that the app glitched, I was double booked. It shows it was cancelled, but no word if it was reimbursed.

Good app. Every once in awhile not as responsive as desired when trying to open our garage door but overall convenient and simple to use!

The developers worked with my HOA to custom tailor this app to help manage our visitor parking. The developers spent countless nights tweaking it until we were 100% pleased. App is smooth and easy to work and is extremely intuitive.
