Just upgraded my Pixel to Android 9 (pie). The password safe no longer functions. I log in and it comes up on the search screen. No entries. I make a new entry and it doesn't save it. I try restoring from backup. It shows the backup file but won't restore it. It did work great. Update: Just updated to a newer version on 2/23/19 and now it works as intended. Update: Was working but not now after updating to 1.9.992. Back to where I started. I make an entry but it doesn't save it. All previous gone

After using for a long time, the app suddenly dropped all of my passwords. Can't restore a database. So far, support has been unable to fix. Paid for the Pro version but now am back to ads. Would like for it to be fixed or recieve a refund.

Excellent tool. Remembering multiple passwords gets harder as the years go by! Still perfect! Still working fine February 2019. I thought the update had lost my data but then found the install was incomplete. Hit install again and all is fine..

I have used this program for quite some time and have enjoyed it.. I have switched phones and lost all my data. It looks like it didn't install correctly and/or can't open a database not correctly.

as other people I have completely lost all my data dated back 2016. No explanations have been offered so far and the proposal to export to a different android version does not work as it not free anymore to download so I can try.

Almost impossible to load passwords cos you can't see what you are filling in because the screen is filled with ads that you can't get rid of.

I had to reinstall this app and now every time I open it I get the message, "Severe error occured on DB. Please close app." This makes it useless. 0 stars.

adds are annoying if I must pay to remove ads I will use Lastpass or the likes where the vault is accessible via multiple devices and computers
