The recent update (v3.3.2) has fixed the issue with wi-fi only tablets. The app is working fine now on all devices. All the other features seem to work well too. The app has definitely come a long way since its release, and it is improving day by day. The web store needs some improvements though. More books (seriously, a lot more books), 'add to cart' feature, book details (no. of pages, content brief) etc can make the store experience more polished. Keep up the good work team swiftboox.

The app has overcome it's initial problems. Though the cart system for purchase of multiple books is not available. The app should have font size change option. After purchase of a book the UI should return to the previous page , not the starting point.

Undoubtedly, it is the next big thing in bengali ebook ecosystem. Wonderful collection, very reasonable price and pleasant reading experience. I would like to have two featurs in future - firstly, a proper cart function on the app, where we can check out at once will all the books, secondly, (if at all) amazon kindle can be supported. All the best for future. Will always support you as a buyer.

Nice collection of books and prices are reasonable. This could have been a really great app; however, it's hamstrung by device compatibility issues and weird website quirks. The app doesn't work on either my old iPad mini or new Amazon Fire tablet. One cannot checkout more than one book at a time in the shopping cart. When you try to access your 'favourites' list, only the last 5 show up. There is also no web reader, which might have worked as a workaround for the device compatibility issues.

I have installed it in my Lenovo tablet but suddenly it stopped working showing that the device is not compatible. It was just fine a month back. please resolve it as I cannot read books in phn due to my eyesight.

Hello Team, Swiftboox app recently got updated in my tablet. Post the update I am not able to open the application. Getting this error. Please refer to the screenshot. My device: Samsung galaxy A7 tablet Android version 12 Please check and help me to resolve this issue.

Please add " add to cart" option so that we can check out multiple selection of books at a time. Also add filter to view books by favourite. P.S one more thing to add. In reading mode when I am selecting the nigh mode. I mean the pitch black mode. The letters supposedly to turn white in colour, but they stay on black. That makes only title of the story visible in blue, not the body. This makes the night mode completely useless. Please do the needful. Thank You

Outstanding support. My first book purchase ran into some problem and the payment failed. The support team got in touch with me within minutes of my comment to show that the payment did not go through - even though my bank thought otherwise. I could reinitiate the payment and everything worked smoothly this time. The book downloaded properly and the reading app works perfectly.
