Mediocre graphics and frustrating gameplay in some of the minigames. Finding your character from about hundred and scanning it in a slow menu is very cumbersome. Why not just scan the code and pick it for me automatically instead? From games. Especially the bouncy pad thing stops the time after every bounce and forces you to pick one of 3 options, due to wild physics it's just guesswork if it hits any of 3 pads. Balloon ride at least works.

The QR code inside the tag didn't work, but the one everyone at the store can see got me to be able to add the plushie I purchased. I didn't know there was an app when I bought it but it's not great quality. The pets are just png images of the real stuffed animal in the app and they don't do much.

Purchased pets are unavailable in a cumbersome menu. No simple QR scanner in the menu. Nonfunctioning website. I am assuming that the support for this product line has been abandoned. The crestfallen disappointment from my child I now have etched in memory? Thanks, Lumo Stars...

app used to work great, now won't load any new plush buddies we got for my child's birthday. we tried 2 devices, just won't work. the 1st plush code we entered 3 months ago does still work though...just not the free cat or any of the new ones.

It was very hard to find the toy that i got. There should be an immediate scan option and not have to scroll endlessly through creature that i dont have

Terrible graphics and really difficult navigation to find the pets.. Not worth the time.

This app is whack. The code wouldn't scan. The graphics and games suck.
