It is broken and has been for a long time. It just says "oops can't find location near you". Search function doesn't work either. It used to work, but even when it did the location closest to me rarely had "order ahead" available, so couldn't get my points for ordering in app, so it was pointless even when it did work, which is a shame because the few times it did work, it made ordering so much easier and pickup more convenient!!

make sure you are signed in before you start an order, it will empty your cart if you have to sign in. if you navigate to a different app, it clears your cart.

the app is broken and has been broken for a long time. when it worked, it would never save card info and i could never redeem points, it would always present and error. now the app just opens and no matter what says "no stores in your area" even when I'm parked in front of the store. it's been like this for a few MONTHS now, this is ridiculous

Ordering online or through the app is broken and the app frequently crashes. Dont know whats going on or why, but last couple months, you cant order anything from a store for pickup, saying the "store is closed" or "pickup not available", despite me standing in line to order and the store is CLEARLY open during the posted business hours. Wish someone would fix this.

The store itself is great, 4 stars. The app sucks, 1 star for that. Never works, no store is ever 'available', and hours are wrong. I'm literally parked outside an open store right now at 7:38pm when the app said they closed at 7. When I last inquired at the store if they'd had any reports of issues with their app, they knew nothing. And some peoples's apps must be working, because they're still reviewing and processing online orders somehow. Android s21 is certainly not functional.

Last time I got this app to work was a year ago. App always says no stores are open or nearby when they definitely are. When you can get it to work, it doesn't show you the full menu so if you wanted to add syrups or flavors to your drink, you're out of luck.

This app is useless as a customer....8 location within 20mil of me...none of them are available for pickup orders. Whats the point of this app? Why would i care about the loyalty points if i cant order anything! Its 2022 pay some college student with some basic python knowledge $50 to fix your app! You're losing an easy revenue stream for your franchises by not having a simple working app.

Been trying to make this app work for a while now. I ended up having to uninstall and reinstall it, but now I can't even log in because my phone number is taken with no email attached... I absolutely love Teapioca, but this app is making it very difficult for me to get it.
