Forever being signed out of app after each upgrade. No email received each time I click forget password. And when I called CS to ask, they will tell me because system was upgraded and all customers need to re log in. If this is happening so often, find a solution for god seek! Don't expect your customers to always call CS asking what happened. And you jolly well know what was the issue!

Member status wrong after recent app update. Account info page also blank! Tried log out and log in again but got password lockout. My request to reset password keeps getting a "Can't find page"!! And I see from past reviews that the same or similar issues keep happening whenever there is an app update!

Ordering system is very poor. Items can be added on the cart and payment has been deducted. After 3 days, Tangs called and said item is not available. Tangs should look into the system and stock update. Up to this day, never update stocks, it shows available. I have to come down personally to settle the issue. The online shopping experience is terrible. Staff from Tangs "this is a usual problem" . Pls rectify this issue.

Downloaded the Tangs app but unable to select delivery or pickup time. Also the email feature gives an error page. Very disappointed. Cant even buy using tang app. Tried calling tangs orchard but got disconnected after waiting for 2mins or so. First and last time. Horrible app and support.

App is substandard. Multiple errors with unclear messages, poor interface. Spent way more time than required setting up account, making the purchase. PayPal was provided as an option but failed to work. Horrible experience.

If I could give you zero stars, I would. I can't believe you ask users to update the password for a great experience, when you don't ensure that the app can be used in the first place. How hard is it to do a user test before sending out your email? Such a shame when you tout yourselves to be customer centric, and we get abused with such appalling non-functional apps. The only thing great about the experience is that this is s joke, and sadly, at the expense of your loyal members.

The app doesn't work after upgrade. Reinstalled and it worked at that point in time. It didn't work again (my membership status went back to Insider), search for items went to endless loop. I gave up and used the web login instead.

Had the physical card before and kept receiving notification to switch to the app. So i downloaded and tried signing in. Entered the necessary verification details and the app just auto closes whenever I submit the info. No error msg whatsoever. Now I understand why all the bad reviews were submitted.
