The worst customer service and international experience ever. I have the highest plan but it does not cover the mobile calls to South Africa so I must buy the add on $10 global card. They take your money, but the $10 only reflects in the International calling app about 50% of the time. So when you request a credit they try to say you used it but can not tell you a single call you made and there is never a manager to talk to because miraculously you are already talking to them.

I downloaded this app, put credit on it for several weeks I have been unable to make an international call. Always says system is experiencing technical difficulties. Costumer service at last admitted there is maintenance going on with their service and to call back in 2 hrs. How is 2 hrs going to fix something that has been happening for weeks Dialing an access number in the past was a pain but definitely more reliable than their app. Time to switch providers they clearly don' want my business

The Total Wireless customer service experience is a form of punishment no human should endure. Too bad there are not negative star ratings. The International Calling feature used to work relatively well but has deteriorated over the past several months without explanation. I have been charged for calls I don't make at an increasingly frequent rate. Run, don't walk away from Total's International App.

Used this without problems, but last month put money on only used credit twice now I have no credit. Customer service is just very frustrating. It's a shame, I won't buy again. Update 10/6/2020 Stupid enough to buy another card, as app had been updated. Spent all morning being told sorry and to restart my phone. Nothing worked...so now total wireless has 20 dollars of my money for providing me with no service. Will find another way to call internationally.

I'm having the same problems as everyone else (app just doesn't work) and even dialing the number directly doesn't work. No matter how many times I "top up" my account I don't have any "available credit"!! I've contacted their chat for help multiple times but nothing gets resolved. Then they say they will escalate the call but I never hear back from a supervisor! I'm about ready to end my account with them since I NEED to be able to call internationally!!

I purchased a global calling card for $10 and used $0.06 of it. Now all I get is: "The system is having Technical difficulties". I just talked with support and they explained that my global calling expires at the end of the billing cycle (one month) even with auto renew. This is the opposite of what I was told when I purchased the card. The sales person said that it was good until the balance was used. Unless you make a lot of international calls DON'T use this product! It's TOTAL GARBAGE.

We call South Africa, the app dials a number in New Jersey to connect internationally, only the number in the app is wrong and no way to correct it. Update after response from tech support. They are sorry for the issue, they will fix it soon. Given that the last release date was July, 2019. Which means it's been broke for a year and they haven't fixed it. I won't be holding my breath. Downgrading the rating to one star.

"No routes found" message every time. Paid $10 and I have struggled to make only 2 international calls. Every time I get a recorded message "no routes found" and get disconnected. Called support was passed around until someone refresh my phone and said he'd call back. He never did, this is not a phone issue but a network one. They don't have enough routes for all the calls. So I use another calling plan with no issues, but still have 540 minutes I can't use with Total wireless. This is fraud.
