The app works and design is modern compared to previous app, but there's still a major issue for months now, the app can't stay running in the background, the previous vimar app was able to ask for background service to stay running , this app doesn't which cause all incoming notifications / calls to be missed making the app useless. (phone : Samsung S20+ , Android version 13 , tested also on xiaomi mi 11 Android 13 and same thing )

Worked well at first. However, now the entry phone system doesn't forward the call to phone.

Terrible support, app doesn't work and it hangs up whenever you try to reply on the intercom. Bticino is a better intercom system. Customer service is terrible as you see in the comments, they don't respond in your language.

Installed in Dec 2022, everything worked. In Feb 2023, nothing worked anymore. And now (in May 2023) after hours wasted trying to connec, calling the helpdesk and even installing a new device, there is always an eror message, no gateway or error in configuration. PRODUCTIVE IT IS ABSOLUTELY NOT!

Application runs very slow, Groups don't work amd sometimes it takes a few dozens of seconds for a light to turno on or off. There are also a lot of translations missing in English and it replaces words with italian. Overall really bad experience.

I applaud you for making fantastic changes to the app. No longer does it ask for unnecessary permissions. The interface is much sleeker and easier to navigate. A big step in the right direction 👏🏼
