This is the worst possible app for accessing your Zyxel network appliances. It is slow, has only fancy icons to indicate that something is wrong, but no indication what might be the problem and most of the time it doesn't startup. Very dissatisfied of this app and no way you can access the appliances from a ssh shell or webinterface. Never by Zyxel or any other network product which can only be controlled by an app.

Suddenly stopped allowing access to app. Have had no issue with app. Every week I reboot the ISP and multy connected. Last reboot states that the service is not available and to try later. It gives the appearance my account in mycloud has been deleted or disabled. The WiFi system still runs I just do not have any management capabilities, even after hard reboots to the primary multy.

The app doenst load most of the time. When in wifi bridge mode there is no connected client list. And in the config there is no way to change signal cut-off so wifi satelite won't always pick up the connection from a device from the main station. Zyxel is wat to slow with development of the home devices. Business devices are much better.

It took a while to get to this review page because my internet is running off Zyxel routers. I will never in my life buy another product from this company. The app worked ok 3 years ago, terribly 1 year ago and not at all now. It's hard to imagine a worse experience with such an expensive product. Don't buy Zyxel. I can't even access my settings now without reinstalling all routers, which from experience could mean a week without internet thanks to this buggy mess.

The App wasn't very useful until now - you can't even adjust the most common settings like wifi channels or a different password for 1.4 and 5 GHz network. The total lack of a web interface gives the rest. Now even worse, the latest update forces you to log into zyxel cloud stuff. Otherwise the app can't be used at all. This is unnecessary and unwanted behaviour. Makes the whole hard- and software useless to me. If this isn't changed asap, i will return the devices and claim a refund. I suggest everyone to not buy or even use this! Why and how can you produce such a badly designed user experience?

Absolute rubbish app. It is forced upon you when buy the device, and doesnt make it any smarter or better. A web browser would be much more preffered than this app. It only hides the complication, and when "the intelligence" fails, you are given a loading screen. There is no way to debug what is going on, and you are either forced to just accept it isnt working or return the product. Why would you force an app!?

Yeah, the app sucks and would get stuck at random screens like network map or diagnose wi-fi. I'm pretty sure it also causes my phone to disconnect from the wi-fi when using it. But hey, the web gui is really good so just use that. A wi-fi mesh seems to not work through concrete walls/floors, so try to get an ethernet mesh set up if possible. Just plug an ethernet cable to a non-wan port of both nodes, despite what aome advice on the forums says. They will pair automatically that way

This has been the absolute worst experience of configuring routers - app is required to configure router - app switches between app and browser during login (bad UX) - full screen ad for zyxel cloud. Can't use the feature - Bought a new phone. Couldn't find my network configuration after login (it wants to reconfigure my whole setup) - can't access user/login details once logged in. - Zyxel Multiy U sometimes forget its wi-fi name when the device looses power (requires app to fix) - etc.
