When reading the notifications, I'm unable to increase the font size. Whatever size i choose, the text remains at the smallest microscopic size. Please spare a thought for all the older folks who'll have difficulty reading. Please fix this ASAP.

A lot bugs. Not user friendly at all. If you to find something ,you will have to a lot of work. The info is not link. Like from the camera log you see a car , you should be able to see the owner if you click on it but you have take the number down . Go to vichele entry log then type in the number to find out whose car is it.

In your manual you say got Visitor. But on Apps there is no Visitor. Which one is this? How do i register my guest's plate number? You already made me pay RM11 for my guest parking today because the security did not allow my guest to exit. So now how? Where do i register my guest car plate number? Dont make me pay twice just because your system sucks. Visitors do not get charged for coming to owners' unit. Or i will charge back to the Management.

If driving alone, its very inconvenience to open my phone and unlock the gate + connecting Bluetooth due to tinted windows are a hassle for drivers. I once got onto divider trying to open the app and open gates. The app also opens without my consent so suddenly and draining my battery. So annoying.

Suddenly appeared unknown error and I was not able to create the invitation. I tried restarting and reinstalling the App but I can't even log in now with the unknown error. Anyone can help with it? Hope the visitor's check-in procedure (with invitation) can be more convenient, as currently take too many steps and times for visitors even with invitation link.

I dont receive any notifications if any guest come and out, plus i also didn't receive any notification my car in or out of the gate. The settings on my phone also clear. Its been a month now since this happens.

Log in and log out? What is your phone model and system? even our management office staff know how to fix the problem of the uploading photo issue, and as a system provider customers service dont know? you are putting someone totally untrained to do the job? Give proper training to your staff, This is a big issue of the management, not the staff issue. Sweep the problem under the sofa is not the solution. Forward this message to your director, million dollar solution provided.
