My only issue with the app is that disposition changes to my packages take too long to be processed and sometimes they don't take effect at all. Such as changing home delivery to pick-up at a post office instead the next day. It's only a minor inconvenience and that's why I've still given it 5 stars. Other than that, I've been using the app frequently to track packages, calculate shipping costs, fill in package info online and find post codes or post offices and I'm very happy with it!

As bad as all other post office services - notification are super late, you can only automatically match packages via mail address or phone number, which can be on the package, but post office does not bother to scan it.

Great improvement for Czech Post services! Finally Pošta works like 21st century company. If I might wish anything it would be a button for archiving directly at the page with tracking overview. Now I have to open menu an click on archive. One click less would be convenient.

Inability to add a Slovak phone number with the +421 prefix is a major issue. Not every parcel has an email address assigned. Why isn't the app ready for at least EU phone numbers?

Just when I needed to use the app and show my customer card at the post office I get an error "Cannot access database..." maybe the developers should spend a bit of time in testing before releases?!?

Previous versions at least somehow worked without google services. Now it's completely unusable (error while connecting to server). I am OK without push notifications and map, but rest could work :/

It took my way too long :( and box I received was mangled ... And I forgot to mention that one of the three things that I have ordered didn't even came and it was an expensive one too..

Every time when is notification for a new parcel,open the application,I see the parcel for two seconds and then disappear.
