EDIT: Ok so you can make most features work, but not the entire app. To get to Rating Manuals you can't use the links on the home page, you have to click the options on the top left, then click "Rate Training Manuals", which did allow me to download multiple manuals. Some of the app still really needs work to get it back up to date.

Great in theory. In practice however this app falls short. No matter how long I've let it buffer, it has never opened any of the rate manuals. Cell data or wifi makes no difference.

Kept giving a long error message basically adding up to not being able to send the cert for Naval Safety Supervisor. Called the support number for NTMPS and just got noise. Reinstalled the app and completely wiped the completed course. Thanks.

Can't complete courses, when I completed CM basic it gives me an error: failed to find configured root that contains... contacted developers and have received no response after 4 months.

Great way to have the books on hand. Need to uninstall and reinstall every once in a while for updates
