This App keeps me committed, accountable, and inspired. Love the flexibility to add sets, the videos of the exercises and the extensive library of exercises. I'd give it a 5 rating if there wasn't lag time from tapping on the screen and it responding when I'm checking off the boxes.

This is the worst app I have ever had, DO NOT SUBSCRIBE they will put you on a contract and make it difficult for you to stop paying for the subscription. I've never had to get legal with an app and they sell your data to other groups while they force you to stay paying for a service even if you no longer need it. Worst investment I've ever made, and I hope you don't make it either.

The app is stuck on kilos, it won't continue showing workouts in lbs even after I change the setting from kg. Otherwise it would be four stars. The messaging system works, but it's a little clunky.

Excellent for accountability and allows PT to monitor progress and update workouts. Initially the app needed to be deleted and reinstalled as an error code displayed but the IT team were extremely helpful and my PT also monitored the situation. The different functions of the app are easy to use which is great as minimum effort is required.

Great app, love the layout and everything it provides. Only complaint is that it has a bit of a lag to it - oftentimes when selecting a button or a box, there's a 1 second delay in its response time. This can eventually turn into a total freeze, where it no longer becomes possible to use the app, and I need to close and restart the entire app in order to use it again. Really annoying. Besides that though, very good!

I have had this for a short time but so far enjoy it. I am learning with my clients. Sometimes they seem to struggle with their nutrition saving after entering. I was doing everything seperate as for progress, plans, nutrition, payments.. this is everything all in one. It has saved me so much time and energy! I am absolutely terrible with technology, but the help, replies pretty quick and are very kind. I love it.

I like being able to communicate with my PT and getting my workouts. However!!! It keeps popping up that I have an unfinished workout when I don't. It will randomly pop up with that message several days after I complete a workout. Also now every time I open the app the workout keeps popping right up on top of what I'm doing! Even after I go in and mark it as "complete". It keepa coming back!!! Fitbit doesn't sync properly. And very glitchy. Samsung user.
