This is a local public transportation interface, so its usefulness is limited to local service area. Within those limits, though, this app makes me feel like I live in the future. Features include real time bus location, button-press payment, and navigation aids. The interface can be a bit hard to navigate, but it's not that bad. Especially for a government sponsored, enterprise app, it is relatively painless. LSL staff are very responsive to feedback via the in-app form, as well.

Catch 22 App asks you to verify email but no verification email received! There is no option (obvious) method to resend verification email. I was able to reset my password which appears to indicate my email entered was ok. Unable to use

The clunkiness can be a bit annoying and I can't really say anything about the payment system since I don't use it, but overall I think it's good.
