Fix it please. I don't like complaining about a free service, but this app is unusable. So much great content but I can't watch any of it, unfortunately it's all just "oops, something went wrong, please try again later". It can take up to half an hour to get something to play, constantly reinstalling the app, turning tv on and off, even then I dare not pause a show if it does eventually play because it won't work after I un-pause it. Based on the bad reviews it's not just my problem.

Urgh why - dunno but I've checked all the usual places and it's just acting up (have checked I have latest version). It's not showing to pause show then when I cast it , it just stops and also is doing things out of order and I have to debit cast, or stop casting and restart. I've done it min 20 times tonight just because I want to keep watching my show but it'll be a whole before I use again. Not user friendly.

Content is awesome and free, but the app has a mind of its own, shutting down constantly. it is better on chromecast from my phone, but that's annoying. Subtitles are hit and miss, 3 seasons might have subtitles, and the 4th season doesn't. And then the show I'm now watching has clearly AI generated subtitles as they're so wrong. Entire conversations are just random words with no relation to the other words in the sentence.

The TVNZ is so good. Compared to every other streaming service I use, from 3Now to Netflix and Disney, the service provided on TVNZ+ is absolute top tier. With a great selection of content, sporting events, and live TV, it provides quality entertainment and never lags, freezes, or just stops working like every other streaming service I use, including 3Now, Disney+, and Netflix. I don't even mind the ads because at least the service is 100% on point. Well done TVNZ

This is the most useless app. I cannot watch a single show on the app without at least minimum 5 internet interruptions. No other app on my Smart TV does this. I cannot pause any shows, but the adverts pause. Wow, what a fail !!!! So many good shows. Pity you can't watch them.

Too inconsistent with when it works and when it dosen't. Currently only working if I use data on cellphone, TV and same phone do not work with wifi. Wifi is incredibly fast and other streaming sites work well. When it does work, the 'Watch from the start' function always crashes the app, so you need to 'Watch live' then rewind.

Thus APP's frustration level has reached a new level the " oops something went wrong" error has reached epic proportions ! the app is virtually unusable. This and long buffering delays are crazy ! Come on TVNZ get this sorted ! There are multiple comments mentioning the same problem. I use Chromecast

this is the worst streaming app. im incredibly frustrated, even after tech support. it constantly buffers, and stops countless times in an episode. ive had this issue using chromecast, and then with 2 different brand new tvs. Get it sorted TVNZ! You have so many good shows!
