FINALLY, we no longer have to deal with impossible -to-use rewards loaded onto a different digital debit card! We have the ability to choose that, yes, but we can also redeem for gift cards at last! It'd be wonderful if PayPal or something became a payout method as well, so that we can actually use the money. 7/19/2025: They lose a star for having an app that CANNOT retain permissions when the app updates, so you randomly don't contribute for days on end of you don't actively check, every time.

I really don't mind at all having the VPN. the problem is the bugs. I don't always get to do the monthly surveys, I uninstall/ reinstall and have so much trouble getting back in it, the compensation is late at times but I don't mind. the support is always on point when I reach out via email, they're courteous and helpful. I just wanna earn more and not miss out on anything.

I can say this much anyone who has posted that $10 is pretty sweet at the end of 30 days is either working for them or is getting paid to say that because it is absolutely not very sweet, in general $10 is just not that much money for the smallest task, let alone a 30-day one!! just saying,🤐 turn it down on that glorifying "Neo mobiles app”🙄💯

The app runs fine. I was told that I would receive $10 for downloading and installing the app and finishing the initial surveys but haven't received any type of reward at all. I emailed asking about it but haven't heard anything from them. I still have it and it's running fine.

EDIT* went from 4 stars to 1. haven't been payed since January and app always crashes. ------------- Would have gave 5 stars but took about 3 months to get the $10 on forthright because the bugs that paused data collecting so the 30 restarts every time it happened. But they did fix that and haven't had it pause again since then. And the little survey on the nio app actually pay too! Only a few bucks a month but have like $13 so far so. Only downside is that the app takes up like 12 GB of space

I just finished the 30-day thing where you use the nio mobile app and I actually got paid from them so that was really cool and I did it through a survey app called be forthright which also always pays

Surveys do not work. I had this app for a while, it worked fine then all of a sudden I couldn't do the micro surveys. the first time I sent an email the response for my issue was fast, they asked for device info and said it was being forwarded to a higher tech team. It's been 3 months. I've sent numerous other emails to follow up or get help. I got a response to one that made no sense, and then never got follow up when I asked for more info. I've since uninstalled it as Ive received no help.

BEWARE OF THIS APP! I have been a member for over a year, I have the plugin on my computer, and I have this lousy app on my phone, (and it consistently crashes.) Despite over a year of being a member, I HAVE NEVER BEEN PAID A PENNY! These con artists will take your data and won't pay you. I've contacted them probably 5-6 times, and never get a response. I'LL BE CONTACTING THE BBB about these cons. If I still don't receive payment, then it's on to my influencer friend to spread the word...
