This app was excellent before the recent overhaul. The UI is not easy to navigate. Show titles are not in the same frame as the image tile for the shows. The menu is not easy to access on a mobile device, requiring more navigation and clicks. Downloaded shows don't play when offline. There are other issues, but these are the main ones. It's time for a rollback. The previous app had solid design and functioned properly. As a previous rater stated, newer is not better in this case.

We primarily use this in the car on a tablet without Internet, so rely on the download feature. The latest update to the new UI has completely broken the ability to play downloaded shows unless you happen to start it on Wi-Fi before you leave so that it can play an ad or two before starting the show. This is very frustrating and it only works for the one episode you started playing. If you're out somewhere without wifi you and need to start the shoe back up good luck getting that to work

New app is much easier to navigate. You can actually manage downloads now. And the team quickly to my user feedback and moved the live feed back up front. New issue, the episode selection menu on Android TV doesn't show the episode title when you first select a show (the playing video pushes the episode selection menu down on the page). You have to move down the page and back up to actually read the episode titles.

The old UI was much better and kid friendly. My daughter loves this app and had such an easy time finding what she liked with the scrollable column of shows on the right hand side of the screen. Now the menus are buried and it's a very weird layout to figure out. Would love to see an option to revert back to the classic UI. She is so frustrated now because of where things are and doesn't know what to do.

I do not like the mobile update at all!!! My kiddo likes to switch back and forth between shows, usually preferring the opening theme songs, and this new set up is clunky and absolutely frustrating to him. The show selection bar is only on the home screen and you have to press the back button twice before you can access a different program. My least favorite app update.

Normally I love the app. The preview pictures are NOT how the app is set up anymore. Now it's to complicated for toddlers. My daughter could pretty much fully use the app (she is two) and now she gets so frustrated and we hardly use the app anymore. I wish there was at least an option to switch it between the two :/ very frustrating

I'm shocked your Product and UX teams were allowed to push the changes included in the lastest UI update. The old layout was among the best out of all the children's apps we use on a regular basis. The new UI is confusing, clunky, and the app is now generally unstable. You're essentially guiding users to other apps. Poor user experience.
Minute Man
All new means worse. Can not stop video from auto playing, when pausing the video that auto played it restarts in the background when a different video is selected and both audio tracks play at the same time. Very annoying and unable to watch. Older version worked great and had no problems. Yet another example of a newer version of something that didn't need fixing being made worse.
