I have been using this app primarily as my buisness phone. I answer multiple calls daily with this app and I dont have any issues. Texting only offers SMS, but thats ok. If you are having quality issues over wifi but not your cellular data, that's most likely an issue with your wifi not the app. The battery management on my app is fantastic even when using it all day. Only issue is if you put on a power saving mode the phone tries to disable the apps push notification.

We emailed the developer over a week ago, still no reply. Also good luck receiving photos and videos with this app, if you dont specifically select to download the images within an hour you will not be able to see them ever, super unprofessional to have our customers resending their text messages

If the call is answered on another device (desk phone) it continues to ring in the app and you can't hang up / reject the call. It turns off on it's own after several minutes. Terrible. Needs work for sure.

The app is pretty unstable despite having a strong wifi/data connection. The app tends to freeze when trying to answer calls. It would be nice to have a text feature added.

Pretty much useless. Poor call quality regardless of wifi or cell signal. Half the time, I have no audio but the people I call can hear me. Unreliable = useless for business.

Every time status is showing "registering". I reset my Voip account and tried a few time. Seems like this is an application issue. How would i fixed this?

I also have to give this thing 2 stars. I've been relying on it for 2 years now, but most of the time I have to disconnect the wifi and walk outside to get a signal because every time. I answer the phone and people complain they can't understand me. Not very helpful for a business.
