VoiceWeather tells the weather information with voice.

Current weather information or a weather forecast will be spoken when you tap on the application widgets on the screen.
In addition, 'current weather' or 'a weather forecast' will be spoken on the scheduled time by timer schedule feature.

The weather information is provided by OpenWeatherMap ( http://openweathermap.org/ ).

[Notes]
(1) From verison 2.0.0, the default value of the voice engine is changed to the Text-To-Speech engine of Android OS. If you want to set it to App built-in voice, please change the Voice Engine setting in the app settings.
(2) The App built-in voice is Japanese only.
(3) The weather information is provided from the OpenWeatherMap site. Since it is a free weather information site, it may not be possible to obtain information when access is concentrated.
(4) When the CPU is busy, the voice/sound might be interrupted.

The one issue I have with the application is the inability to switch the wind, rain, and pressure readings to imperial readings instead of metric. I can get the temperature to change from metric, but that is the only one that I can change in the settings. Otherwise the application is not bad for what it is advertised to do.

Good weather app. Now displays imperial units. Has voice and no ads. Accurate detailed weather display. Has the option to choose what city 4 weather. App is recommended.

This app only tell Tokyo weather does not have no option for more city, town or state, Why would I want to know what Tokyo weather is, when I'm in New York City.
