The app does not work on Android, it was very good before the update but now it crashes on opening, absolute rubbish ! Come on Braun sort your app out you're better than this skip fire 🔥 until you get it sorted at least give us the option of using the old version, might just be an app to you but to some of us it's a vital health monitoring tool. Right there's been an update app is now working well on android, hence 4 stars now, Thank you Braun 🙏

Really disappointed that after 2 weeks of back & forth emails, app issues have still not been resolved, except that your query has forwarded to IT Dept... ????? Ever since the update, I am unable to open the app at all... The minute to press the start up button, the app closed with a msg saying it has a bug & needs to be fixed... I have over 2 months of readings that have to be submitted to the Dr, but I can't access the app... The old version worked fine without any issues

Had to change my last glowing review. After the update, it has now become unusable and constantly crashes on start. Even after following all the instructions to fix it. I managed to get it to work once, and it still doesn't integrate with any health apps on my Android. Come on, Braun, by now, it should sync to, at least Google Fit and Samsung Health.

I like others gave this a 1 star review after the latest update due to crashing & not connecting. A reinstall mostly fixed this. It does still crash if scrolling too far back through the history. My issue now is 2 fold. The app no longer appears to record instances of Afib picked up by the Exactfit5. Exporting the data is next to USELESS. Before I could export a csv, but now all it will do is create a pdf. Worse, the data is nearly always incomplete, unless exporting less than 20 results.

I was expecting a modern connected app, when I bought the compareably expensive monitor. Sadly this is a relic that doesn't play well with others, meaning it doesn't sync with Google Fit, Health Connect or others. Moving from one mobile phone to another will leave your history behind, and when syncing between App and device, there's not even a visual indicator that it's happening. Edit: app randomly stopped working a while ago. Support unresponsive, reinstalling or cache emptying doesn't help

The app updated to a new version with a new logo and since then it lost connection with my Exactfit5 Connect and attempts to reconnect, including reinstalling the app, have yielded no success. All old data is inaccessible, because as soon as I attempt to reconnect, the app crashes. Edit: Followed advice and reinstalled. Worked OK for that day, but on next use a couple of days later the app wouldn't even start and reported a bug. Tried the previous advice, but now it won't work at all. Zero stars

The recent upgrade to this app has made it more or less unusable. I reinstalled etc as others have been advised to do but it still won't pair with my ExactFit 5. Prior to the recent upgrade the app went through a long spell of not connecting with devices which took a long time to fix. Now you've done it again. It is amazing that a brand with Braun's reputation allows this to happen.

I bought this specific machine so it could sync my data to my phone. I had the cuff version before and it worked with the app well. But after I updated the app. My country is now not listed there. Why did it work before and not now. Ive now wasted my money I should have just bought the older cheaper one that doesn't sync with the app in that case. Would have saved so much. This machine wasnt cheap!!!! Why are u selling these machines to countries that can't use it?!!!!. Im seriously pissed off!
