Keeps crashing or stalling in mid assignments on 2 Samsung Tab A (one 2017 and one 2019)! Cannot complete any assignments! Update: your RainbowOne articles are utterly useless and irrelevant and in no way applicable to our issues.

the app is ok but whenever I open it,it says "Something went wrong" or "RainbowOne isn't responding" its been like that for the past month. I'm very annoyed because I already re-downloaded it atleast 5times.
