After having experienced Jane App for almost a decade, it is a relief that there's finally a Mobile App & one universal login! While there are still some more features I would like to see, like calendar integration or find more clinics near me etc, this is a step forward!

Very useful app. It's very nice how you can save all your Jane app logins into one account now instead of having an account for each provider that you visit. The add to calendar button is also a lot nicer since you don't have to subscribe to individual calendars per provider. For businesses that have multiple locations, it's also so much clearer which location you're booking now. In the past, it was hard to tell which office you were booking after you've gone past that page.

had it dowliaded went to exit, app deleted itself, had to rediwnluad. unable to have two users, as there are two of us that go to one clinic. sometimes it's just so much easier to call the clinic than deal with an app. deleting.

Switching from a booking system with your clinic to this app, can be a little confusing. Within the app, I'm still not able to access my calendar/have it linked to my account on Android. All clinics participating with this app should be clearly listed individually. As an app that's used to help assist folks get mental health support, I find this app quite glitchy and over-complicated. Also the notification option for text should be whatever the client needs in terms of notice. IT take note!

Hate it. It's so difficult to switch between clinics. I will find a different clinic that doesn't use this app for booking and actively avoid clinics that do. Horrible experience
