App works well enough. I wish it would stop asking to require notifications. I'm not on call on the time and don't turn notifications on for the app. But it asks every time I open the app to turn on notifications.

With the last few versions of the app, I can no longer see a time when the last engineer was called out. I can see the date or yesterday, but no time unlike before. It's extremely handy and essential for our business to know on changeover if the previous call has been left or needs attending

The service from Answer Connect is great but the app itself no longer works since the update today. Whilst I can open the app itself, I can no longer click into individual calls to obtain details as the app crashes.

App works well. What AnswerConnect software and call flow can do is excellent but the quality of the call handlers is very poor.

rarely syncs. for years I keep having to log out/in despite them saying they fixed it.

The service is great, the app not so much. Rarely works and have to routinely uninstalled and reinstall.

if love to be able to have more control from my phone. listening to recorded calls would be great from my phone as well.
