Frequent log in problems, the app will sign you out so it is completely useless if you are underway. Difficulties downloading the references, constant problems with the app not loading various topics. Overall app sucks and stick with the web browser if possible. If that isn't possible then don't subscribe because it isn't worth it. (Update: I understand that the app has offline capabilities, however, it will randomly log you out when offline, and when underway, it becomes useless.
A Google user
App worked great until i couldn't log in anymore. Fixed all password, email, and payment, but still won't work. When it did work, it had really good material. The only things i didnt like were that i had to re do all the flash cards i had already done. You dont have the option to pick specific subjects. Also, you cant use offline, which, would be perfect if your stuck on a ship qith no service.
A Google user
So I'm giving this a 3 because for one it doesn't have all the resources, some sections are still in development. Second it's way too expensive for what it is. All the resources can be accessed online, the app is more convenient. I used this app when I took second years ago and it was a one time fee of $5, maybe even less if I remember correctly. Definitely wasn't $20 a month. Not sure what happened. That's too much money for info you can access yourself and just make index study cards.

I noticed the study plan didn't work on offline mode. So I reached out to them, and told them the situation, and they told me their tech team would get right on it to fix the issue. After about a couple weeks, they emailed and told me to download the latest patch and asked me if it was fixed & they did exactly that! Now I can finally start studying even while I'm in the berthing with no service now!

Overall experience with the app is great so far. Some questions repeat frequently on the same section which I guess is ok. Some questions I know are right but was marked incorrect. But where this app really shines is their support line; they allowed me to change my rate study material despite having already changed it a couple weeks prior (recruiter told me that AO wasn't available for me and that is what I had been studying; was able to switch to MA study material). Awesome work guys!

On the off chance this app actually allows you to log in, you won't be able to study. Every button in the app is unresponsive. I've force stopped the app and reset my phone multiple times so it's not my phone. The buttons in the app change color slightly as you tap them to show that they're being pressed by nothing happens. App is broken. Doesn't work at all

Very buggy, crashes frequently, login issues, poor international connectivity, very limited capability while underway, and pretty expensive. Awesome idea behind this, and I do sincerely appreciate the attempt at execution, but this product isnt good to go at this time. On and off again user for over three years now, disappointing amount of progress at refining the process here. If zero tech and interface issues, I'd eat the price and call it a bargain. Devs, please fix, great potential here!

App keeps buffering and will not work. I signed up for the free trial and was charged anyway. I'm not able to contact anyone about these issues, I keep getting an error message, even when I'm using wifi. I've uninstalled/reinstalled the app 3 times already. Nothing has worked since the day I made my account.
