Nice app and features but lacking: - a way to customize the hours of switching on/off lights in the presence simulation feature, - receive alarm and other notifications by sms and maybe email too. Currently it requires an internet access and when you're in vacation in country side, you'll simply not receive notifications until you get back to a 3g coverage or more. In my case, I received a burglar alarm more than 1 hour after it happened, way to late to do something.

Works quite well and the instructions are extensive. Just the full reset instructions are missing or linked to the wrong devices. Overall a pretty good experience, matter and homekit integrations also work on first try with HomeAssistant.

Worst smart home system on the market. After two cold winters where heating would not start, we now enjoy a 25C autumn since the heating never stops on its own - same automations. Today, I forgot a window open, and the Smart home app called it 6 hours later. The wall is wet and ruined. Thanks bosch for wasting my money.

The application launches with the favorites tag, which is currently empty as I do not utilize it. I would prefer to have an immediate overview of all rooms upon opening the app, but unfortunately, there is no configurable setting to achieve this, despite its relative simplicity. Regrettably, Bosch has a history of inadequacies in addressing software-related concerns.

The user interface is less intuitive than it should be - also, it does not show whether the thermostats are currently heating or not, which I dont understand, and there is a limited number of scenarios, which makes no sense for software :-) overall the app works fine to do what it should do, but could be faster to connect

Good, but there is one bug: When you are travelling and are in another WiFi network the app thinks it's your own wifi and tires to reach the system via network IP instead of global IP. You need to disable WiFi to reach the system from afar. This is especially problematic when.you think the app will inform you about open windows, fire, or burglary. This will only work when you are not in a 3rd party WiFi network.

The app is unnecessarily complex, especially when considering the limited number of controls. The system is only partially compatible with Hue, Ledvance, and other smart devices. This system disappointing, I regret buying the product. Even better, this morning I could not access the device because the latest app update created a mismatch with the hub firmware. The hub is auto update, slow clap for Bosch issuing incompatible software at different times.
