All is worthless. So is support. I picked up a couple Widi Masters at $60 a piece. Downloaded this app and the documentation. Like many many many others the app will not update firmware, report serial or current firmware, or allow any group settings despite it be connected. All support can offer is clear your Bluetooth settings. Just like everybody else that didn't work. So it looks like I'll be sending these back and ordering from a different manufacturer.

The WIDI devices by CME are the best tools to make BT MIDI instruments work correctly under Windows, as the standard "Bluetooth MIDI for Windows" driver is broken. It also removes the need for a cable to the instrument. This app is required to configure the devices, and works for every case I've tried.

FW update 0.1.7.7 on WIDI Master hangs. App displays "OAD image transfer completed OK" 99% -- and that is it. It is stuck on 99% indefinitely and doesn't proceed any further. LED is green. I am using a Pixel 3 XL. Location is turned on. ADDENDUM: After an additional hour fiddling I noticed that the WIDI Master shut down after update, while the App stays on 99%. Powercycling the WIDI Master (again) solved the problem -- it came back up as updated.

It does the trick. For now it's best for updating device firmware. App now runs on all of my Android devices. Progress is steady and good to see. Thanks CME! I am enjoying wireless MIDI!! It has always been as a dream :)

Does not work! It's a shame! Only for people who like spending money and wasting their time on troubleshooting a piece of software and hardware that just does not work.

Connects but just had spinning wheel for rver, trying to get values from the WIDI Master. Had to resort to using the ios app to configure it.

Can't get app to upgrade firmware on CME and Xvive MIDI devices although it gjes through the motions of an update, but units still remain with old FW

Crashes when trying to connect widi uhost. There is no way to work with it on Xiaomi 13 pro.
