Using app ver 1.0.32 build 1030 with epic 8 gen face reconition gate & door lock. When using Wi-Fi connect face ID does not show up if you do not connect to Bluetooth first and switch to Wi-Fi connect. The other problem of the announcement at maximum volume it is still very very soft and could not be heard, this has been apparent from the start.

DONT BOTHER USING THE APP FOR YOUR digital lock. No IOT integration and app is buggy. Please improve app performance and communication with the wifi bridge and the door lock. Slow communication with Bluetooth door lock. Much improvement needed. Please overhaul the app. Hope to see improvement. After 3 months Still no app updates and the app is still buggy.

I'm not sure if the app is useful, the battery level is showing at 80% consistently and whats amazing, is that the app is not connecting with the door at all. Its very disappointing. *my app version is 1.08y I can provide screenshot if you need it, the batt level doesn't change, and I'm not sure if it affects everything else.

After the latest update, there is no more notification and history that the door is open even when my app setting is already notification on. Sickening Update on your response: Try the wifi bridge and still no notification that the door is open. You want me to explain in detail. Ok. Before the update, whenever the lock is unlocked, i will receive a notification. After update, no notification at all, even when i re-download the app and my handphone notification setting is on.

App takes 20-30 minutes to "sync history" and this has to be completed before you can add/remove fingerprint/card/pin number or perform any lock management actions

There's a firmware update for the door and gate but it cannot update saying there is no connection... move closer. But everything else can be detected and works. Just that it cannot update.... I'm waiting for this Epic door lock to spoil so that I can replace it with something superior. Hate this brand.

Other than the salegirl service is good, the app and the 24hrs service cmi....i can never get a response from the 24hrs service...when im having connection issues. The locks can never get connected to the apps! It's very frustrating!

Bought EPIC 7G, unable to auto lock, and no voice and alert when gate is opened. Supplier said is firmware issue. Waste of money and no security.
