Please don't subscribe to this matrimonial site. It's the worst. They show a lot of inactive profiles just to show there are a lot of people. Secondly, their filtering system is broken. Even if you filter they will show profiles outside the filter as well. Thirdly, they have the worst support. I tried updating my salary for verification and they are not able to do it even after a month.

There has been decent improvement in terms of features, but two things are very poor: 1. Cannot access the contact details which I'd already viewed once, after subscription ends. This is a shame considering the amount of money paid for subscribing. 2. The tab for matches viewed by me is not available in a useful format as used in Bharat Matrimony. If the App crashes while viewing profiles, then there is no way I can find out the last user(s) I'd browsed.

Frustrating app. Like others, I too face issue of non match profiles appearing as "100% match". Most of us are finding match with one or other criteria like Chovva Dosham, vegetarian etc. But one gets list of profiles that do not fulfill the criteria and have "doesn't matter" in their preferences. These are 100% match. Then some profiles that match the criteria are shown as less match. My emails with screenshots had no effect..Now About Myself post text is corrupted with HTML tags and lowercase.

The search feature does not yield relevant results. Despite inputting specific preferences, the matches provided are far from what I am looking for. Many of the profiles displayed are inactive. After making the payment, the quality of profiles shown has not improved. It seems the app is designed in a way that customers are unable to find suitable matches easily. This forces them to renew their membership, creating the perception that the platform prioritizes revenue over customer satisfaction.

Hi, App doesn't have any option to mark a profile as "not interested ' to avoid the same profile popping up again. Profiles which we have watched wrongly marked as "Accepted". Matching profiles suggested by the app, while clicking on individual profiles, not taking to the details screen. Will have to exit the app and re enter to see it. Un necessary confusing titles like , pending,accepted, declined,replied . It must be a single mail box with a filter option. Slow responding app.

The application altogether works fine, but when it comes to searching profile, most filters provided works like a joke. For instance if you search with filter 'vegeterian' under eating habbits you get results with profiles having 'Not Specified' on top of list and if you are lucky you might find a vegetarian at the bottom of the list...which I found annoying since this app comes from an established institution with very high standard for service (at least in terms of cost for subscription🤭).

Stupid app. Search does not work properly. Complete rubbish in filtering. Cannot sort by recently active. 90% are inactive profiles. App is very sluggish. Match score takes forever to calculate, til then photo will not open. Opening a profile lands in a different profile. Show some commitment for the money you extort from people.
