Even after paying amount no use. Never to opt for more than 3 months. Many fake profiles are available. Looks like matrimony themselves create these fake profiles to make their business going. Even after raising complaints no use. Until you pay money they care, later you need to care yourself.

This is 100% fake app with lots of security breach. Never provide any sensitive info/ Govt id card details, they have zero idea about data sefety .These executives will call many times a day& only talk about multiple hidden profiles for which you have to be a premium member. All they want is money by looting the customer&if you ask questions about legalities regarding our data and guarantee about the profiles they have absolutely nothing to say and have the audacity to abuse you. Uninstalling!!

Very worst experience ,no response from customer care,fake profiles cheating customer. I have raised a complaint on 17/02/2020,but still. Now no update on the complaint,if I contact customer care not sharing status i,and they told that I will receive a call within 48hrs and after 48hrs without calling they closing issue .it's very pathetic experience Fake matrimony

Think before you pay the amount. Not enough profiles. Services offered also worst. Matrimony will care until you pay later you need to care yourself. Moreover came across few fake profiles and even after reporting no actions were taken. Disappointing services.

Kerala matrimony , Ezhuthachan matrimony both are same but separate payment required each account , someone are accepting or request to us , after payment they are telling not intrest Some one are telling its wrongly accepted There is no option to reject / correct when wrongly accepted the intrest case
