Having lot of trouble with this app, it's going automatically break, it's not opening immediate and phone also hanging, while closing trip trip fare not showing, km calculation not accurate, your people saying km server calculate one area to one area, how can know server where exact pick up location and exact drop location? Each and every ride, every driver and every customer also facing this problem. So kindly look in to this issues immediately as soon as possible. It's better for all.

Worst customer service. Lot of false promises and information. If you face any problem with the customer or in the app. No one will be ready to pick up your call in the driver line. All 24 hours the line will be busy. I don't know to whom they are speaking. Don't register yourself. First they will tell you to recharge. And after you will lose all your recharge amount as drm

No Customer Support No direct helpline inside the app. No live chat or WhatsApp support. If the app crashes or login fails, drivers are stuck without help. Login Issues Many users say it asks for Driver ID + Vehicle ID, but doesn’t give help if you forget them. No “forgot password” or easy reset system.

waste of money, customer care support complete waste,no respect, pickup 11 kilometre drop 10 kilometre fare amount 404 comission 20% no empty charges because that trip is app booking, is this a trip cancel charges 50 taken. per day 3 trip only 2000 earning over, how it comfortable to driver? don't use Fast Track driver app. compare to Uber, Ola is better option,...

This app maximizes the battery power of the mobile. It would be nice if you only changed it. Any time GPS Searching.then booking notification showing few seconds only and for example one bokking we've not accepted quickly skipped, few seconds same booking notification showing that also skipped second time showing notification ok.but skipped not ok Thanks Gopalakrishnan

App keeps crashing constantly whatsoever. Please employ some efficient developers. The app's interface and end user experience is very laggy and worst. Huge difference of fares between phone booking and app booking. Fix this first to retain your drivers. Otherwise downfall of Fastrack will be in the near future.

worst experience fastrack driver app fastrack assigned one trip for me but not showing pickup time and drop location. I will attend that trip time was showing after 1hour pickup time amount only 600rs I will call customer care but I am not canceling please finished the trip I am saying no ok customer executive speak very rude he's telling fine will be coming what to do... bad experience fraud driver support .... worst customer support stupid

lot of problems on this app phone over heating issue always pop up and over commission customer support is very worst customer care person speaking overhead weight I told my problems customer care person cut the call
